Gaia Healing - Bryony Rolf
Gaia Healing is a powerful form of energy healing which works on all levels. After a Gaia Healing treatment
many people experience: feelings of peace and joy; sense of true purpose in life; inspiration and motivation; clarity of thought; deep relaxation; improved physical health; a general feeling of life flowing more easily.
Unborn babies, newborns and children all respond very well and quickly to the Gaia energy. It can aid children physically and emotionally and brings a large range of benefits to their lives.
During pregnancy, labour and childbirth, Gaia Healing is a wonderful tool. It aids relaxation and eases anxiety and fears of childbirth. It can give a huge sense of empowerment to the Mum-to-be. During labour, it can help keep Mum calm and ease pain. This, then, encourages the natural progression of childbirth. I had regular Gaia Healing during the pregnancies and births of my two children.
Absolutely anyone can train in Gaia Healing and share this wonderful energy with their family and friends. Gaia Healing can be sent to animals and also to difficult situations in life to help them be resolved easier. Gaia Healing is also very effective when sent distantly. From the age of 7, a child can be taught Gaia Healing and enjoy the benefits whenever he/she chooses.
Bryony has been a Gaia Healer since 2003 and is currently completing her Masters Course which will enable her to teach Gaia to others. Bryony is based in Petersfield, Hampshire and offers treatment from her home or can travel to peoples' homes for treatments. Distant healing sessions can also be arranged. Bryony also offers Swedish Massage.

I am the founding teacher of the Golden Light Reiki School and have been teaching regular reiki courses for 5 years now having taught several hundred students. My Reiki teacher's level took over a year's intense study in all aspects of reiki & teaching and I am constantly attending personal development courses and further studies in order to give my students the very best teachings I can - which therefore means I have great experience in this area and assisting students get the very best from both themselves and their reiki journey.
Bowen Techniques with Liz Bridger. The Bowen Technique, a healing, often miraculous, life-changing hands-on therapy, is revolutionizing the healthcare world! A simple and powerful technique that helps relieve all kinds of pain, it is so gentle that it can be used on anyone, from newborn infants to the elderly. The Bowen Technique is not massage, acupressure or chiropractic. There is no manipulation, adjustment or force used. The practitioner uses thumbs and fingers to gently move muscles and tissues. In between each set of moves, the practitioner leaves the room.These pauses and the gentleness of the treatment are what make Bowen unique. It offers rapid, long-lasting relief from pain and discomfort.
